On Sunday, Daddy treated us to hotel stay at Marina Bay Sands for a 2 nights stay as a reward for our hard work. We couldn't wait to check out the Sky Pool and dashed straight up once we check-in to our room. It's breathtaking and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset view and swimming up there. We swam again on Monday morning....
Though we were supposed to be having school holiday, I still have to be back to school for violin string ensemble practice on Monday afternoon. But I did not make it there because we were still having lunch at Marina Square and couldn't rush there in time. So instead, we went bowling after our lunch. We were supposed to go for ice skate at Marina Bay Sands but they were closed for an hour of maintenance. We walked around and found this play-place and we had a good 2 hours play before heading back to hotel for dinner.
Tuesday morning while everyone was still sleeping, I had to wake up at 6.30am and go to school for GEP English paper and General Ability Paper I. On the way there, I asked mummy if I can don't go to the GEP class if I were selected and mummy told me ok. But she wants me to try my best and see how far I can go and we will leave everything else to God. So before she dropped me off in school, we said a short prayer together. There were 2 buses to ferry us to the school where we took our test. The English paper was ok but the General Ability Paper was quite tough but I managed to finish the whole paper. In the afternoon, I went for my usual music lesson and then it was chess practice for the upcoming competition. Mummy had honoured her words of not pushing me to study for GEP.
Wednesday morning was back to school again for GEP Maths paper and General Ability Paper 2. I told mummy I can do most of the questions for Maths but I have to guess a few for the General Ability Paper.
Thursday was back to school, yes again, for excursion to Forest Adventure where we get to play many exciting challenges.

Only Friday I finally had my break from "school". Daddy brought jiejie and me out for movie and Japanese food followed by a swim.
