Had our Musical Extravagaza tonight after months of preparing and rehearsing. Mummy was asked to help out in getting us ready and so we were there earlier than jiejie and daddy. We met up with my classmates and then went to the canteen for a very early dinner.
After the dinner, we went up to the AVA room to get ourselves ready. The parents helped us dressed and apply make up on our face. Its so uncomfortable putting on the lipsticks. Then we we given our "mask" and I was a piggy, so here I come...
Cute?! hahaha... actually its supposed to be worn this way

After we were all nicely dressed up, we had one final, actually a few, round of rehearsal reciting the script.
Our class was the 3rd to go up the stage. The title of our performance is "Chicken Rice". Its about a hen that lived in a barn and wanted to be movie star. Then one day, a fox came to the barn and said that he was a movie director and he want to sign her up as an actress.
She was so excited and quickly signed the contract and followed the fox. But it was a scam! The fox was not a movie director at all! Instead, the fox took her to a chicken rice stall. The hen puzzled and she asked the fox if she had to sing at the chicken rice stall. The fox said yes but she needs to be "dressed" up first. (dress up = plucking off the feathers)
Meanwhile at the barn, the rooster was worried. So, he searched and searched and found her at the chicken rice stall. He tricked the fox to go back to the barn with him. Once they reached the barn, some reporters and cameraman filmed the fox. The fox was so excited that he revealed his secret. Then, two policeman came and brought him away. From then on, the hen learned her lesson and never wanted to be a movie star again.
