On the day itself, we were to report at nine o' clock. I was excited about it because I knew many of my friends will be coming too. When I reached there, I saw my teachers and friends. I told them my name and they told me which group I was in. I was in.... ~PAUL~!!! After knowing everyone, we played some games like Passing the parcel and Simon says. After the games, we went for our morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. In the afternoon, we went to the library to make our name tags. Mine was a flower with rectangles and a little bunny inside. It was so beautiful!!! I am so happy!!! After that, we went back to the hall and we sang songs and played games before we called it a day.
On the second day, we had bible lessons and practise for a play. My play was about Saul. I played the role of the disciple At first, he was a mean person. Then one day, he was walking on the streets when a light shone down. It was God!!! Saul fell down because the light was so bright. God talked to Saul about God's people and asked him why he was so mean to them. After talking, Saul got up. When he got up, he was blind!!! Saul went to a temple to pray. He did not eat or drink for a few days. God called to one of his people to go to the temple that Saul was praying in. The person went to him and said, "get up." Saul got up and he could see again!!! He ate and drank and got back his strength. He was now part of God's people.
On the third day, we were to report half an hour earlier to rehearse before the actual performance. After the performance, we had our lunch followed by games. We also played passing the parcel. When you have the parcel, you have to tear it open and you have to do what is stated inside. I had the parcel once and they said "turn around and around like a ballerina" which I did it. We ended our 3 days camp with songs.
